Daniel E. Viders, M.D., F AAD

Daniel E. Viders, M.D., F AAD, Medical Director, is a Board Certified Dermatologist. He did his undergraduate studies at Claremont Mckenna College, CA. He graduated from Medical School in 1988 from The University of Health Sciences in Colorado. His residency and internship was done at St Luke's Presbyterian Hospital in MO. Dr. Viders is Associate Professor of Dermatology at UMASS and a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Dermatology.


Kelly Kane, M.D.

Kelly Rose Kane, MD joined Auburn Dermatology and Laser Center in September 2010. After completing her Dermatology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota, Dr. Kane stayed on for an additional year of training at the Mayo Clinic where she completed an advanced fellowship in Dermatopathology. Dr. Kane brings a unique skill set to the Auburn practice. She is double board certified in dermatology and dermatopathology through the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Pathology. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and lectured at national and international conferences related to dermatologic care and medical practice. As evidence of her exceptional achievement during residency, she was awarded the International Irish Association of Dermatologists travelling fellowship. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatopathology, the International Society of Dermatopathology, the Dermatology Foundation and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Kane’s clinical interests include women’s dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and both adult and pediatric general dermatology, including disorders of skin, hair and nails. Additionally given her fellowship training in dermatopathology, Dr. Kane serves as a specialist for the group in clinical correlation between histologic specimens and patient’s symptomatology.


Sadaf  Waqar (Sabrina), D.O.                                                                                                                                  


Auburn Dermatology is pleased to welcome Dr. Sabrina Waqar to our office effective October 1, 2012. 

Dr. Sabrina Waqar, as she likes to be called, is double Board certified in Internal Medicine and Dermatology, is a graduate of Midwestern University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. She completed her 6 years combined residency training in Internal Medicine and Dermatology, at Columbia Hospital - NOVA Southeastern University, in West Palm Beach, Florida. She practices all aspects of adult, pediatric, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. During residency, Dr. Waqar served as chief resident. She trained with a special clinical emphasis in the areas of cutaneous lymphoma, autoimmune blistering and connective tissue diseases through her experiences at the NOVA Southeastern University's special blistering diseases clinic under the guidance of the renowned dermatologist and dermatopathologist, Dr. Carlos Nousari. In addition, Dr. Waqar has received various academic awards during her training years, including two distinquished and competitive awards to study Cutaneous Lymphoma and Melanoma at Boston University and Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York, respectively. Dr. Sabrina has also published in dermatology peer reviewed journals, and lectured in various national dermatology meetings. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Academy of Osteopathic Dermatology, Women's Dermatologic Society and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons.  


 E. Darren Racht, P A-C.

Darren has been a Physician Assistant at Auburn Dermatology since 2001. He received his BS in Biology pre-professional studies from Marywood College in Scranton, P A. He finished his P A training with a second BS in Physician Assistant Studies at Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, P A. With elective training in plastics, Darren has great interest and skill at removal of skin lesions and is proficient with Botox and Dermal Fillers.


 Nonna Khachiyan, PA-C

Nonna has been a Physician Assistant at Auburn Dermatology since 2008. She received her BS in Radiation Biology from Suffolk University, and a second Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Mass College of Physician and Health Sciences. She completed her Master's of Physician Assistant Studies from Mass College of Pharmacy.
